About the role

Set up and run 3- and 5-axis machines to turn engineering plastics into precision parts. You’ll join a small, experienced team where your work is visible every day and your ideas actually get tried.

What you’ll do

• Set up, prove out and run CNC mills and lathes from drawings

• Inspect first-off parts and keep SPC records up to date

• Suggest fixturing and tooling improvements

• Keep your cell clean, safe and organised

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience

• Confident reading drawings and GD&T

• Experience with plastics is a plus, not a must

• Comfortable with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls
