About the role

Turn customer problems into manufacturable designs and drawings our shop can build first time. You’ll join a small, experienced team where your work is visible every day and your ideas actually get tried.

What you’ll do

• Design custom parts and assemblies in SolidWorks

• Review customer drawings for manufacturability

• Support quoting with fast, realistic estimates

• Run small prototype batches with the shop floor

What we’re looking for

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

• 3+ years of design for manufacture

• Strong CAD and drawing skills

• Clear communicator with customers and machinists
