About the role

Own first-article and in-process inspection so every part leaves the shop to spec. You’ll join a small, experienced team where your work is visible every day and your ideas actually get tried.

What you’ll do

• Run first-article and final inspections against drawings

• Use CMM, height gauges and optical comparators

• Write clear non-conformance reports

• Work with machinists to fix root causes, not symptoms

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in a manufacturing quality role

• Hands-on with CMM programming

• Familiar with ISO 9001 documentation

• A sharp eye and a calm approach
